Shipping and returns
Everything in the shop is printed after you order it. Here is what that means for getting it to you, and for putting things right.
Shipping
- Where we ship. The 50 states and Washington, D.C.
- What it costs. $4.95 for an order under $50. Orders of $50 and up ship free. The exact total, with any sales tax, is shown before you pay.
- When it arrives. Your piece is printed after you order it and then handed to the carrier. We do not name a delivery date, because we cannot yet measure one.
- More than one parcel. Each piece is made by the print partner that makes it, so an order with several pieces may arrive in separate parcels on different days.
- Books. A printed book is printed and bound by a book printer after you order it and travels by mail, in a parcel of its own.
If something is wrong
- It arrived damaged, or the print is faulty. Send us a photo and we make it again at no cost. Keep the first one; there is nothing to send back.
- It never arrived. Tell us, and we make it again and send it at no cost.
- It went to the wrong address. If the address you gave us was wrong, we will send another at the cost of making and posting it. If we got the address wrong, it is on us.
- You changed your mind. Nothing here is made until you order it, so there is nothing to put back on a shelf, and we do not take a piece back for a change of mind.
- The size is not right. Tees, crewnecks and hoodies are printed in the size you pick, which makes a different size a change of mind. Each one has the garment maker's size chart on its page; please check it before you order.
